The Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman recently celebrated the second anniversary of its charter. The honor of blowing out the candle and cutting the cake goes to stalwart member Rotaractor Troy Brady who has had perfect attendance for since the day he was introduced to the Club. Well done Troy!
