A very special honour was in store for IPP Dorothy Scott when she was named a Paul Harris Fellow during World Rotaract Week.  The presentation took place at a joint-meeting of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Sunrise and the Rotaract Club of Grand Cayman at the Grand CaymanMarriottBeach resort. Rotarians and Rotaractors alike gave her a standing ovation when she was presented with her pin, medallion and certificate for her dedication to the development of Rotaract in the Cayman Islands.

Paul Harris Fellow recognition was created in 1957 in memory of the founder of Rotary as a way to show appreciation for contributions to the Foundation's charitable and educational program. Being named a Paul Harris Fellow recognizes the commitment of the Fellow as an advocate of the Foundation's goals of world peace and international understanding. A contribution of US$1,000 was made in her name to the Foundation. A heartfelt thank you goes out to Asst. District Rotaract Chairman Mike Levitt for recognizing and encouraging our IPP.
